These are perfect mops & buckets for homeowners to use if they want to have something on hand to mop up spills between their scheduled cleanings with us. This is also where we get our Neutral Floor Cleaner (Called Lemon-Quat). Lemon-Quat is a safe & effective product to use for all your floors. Since it is a Neutral-Cleaner it will not damage any floor surface. You only use 1 ounce of Lemon-Quat per mop bucket of water, a gallon of Lemon-Quat would last a very long time for the average homeowner since it would make 132 gallons of mop water. (Please note when mopping floors it is VERY IMPORTANT to use a clean mop EVERY time. So you want to make sure the mop you are using can be removed after each use and washed in the washing machine. Also when you are mopping you will need to change the mop water if it even STARTS to look dirty. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you mop with dirty water or a dirty mop, the water will collect in the grout lines and over time can make your grout look dirty.)
Lemon-Quat can also be used safely as an Anti-Bacterial All-Purpose cleaning solution on hard surfaces such as in kitchens and bathrooms. You can mix it up at a rate of 1-2 ounces per gallon of water and put it in a spray-bottle. You do not need to rinse it off. Just spray and wipe.
