Some of the factors that will be taken into consideration during the estimate is the size of the office, the amount of work and time that will be needed to keep the office clean on a regular basis & how often the office is going to be cleaned. |

Construction Cleaning |

When we construction clean a new home or office we REALLY clean them. Our goal is for EVERYTHING to be absolutely spotless. Our windows are so clean that people think there is no glass in them(and we know how to clean glass WITHOUT scratching it!). Floors are cleaned and ALL grout residue removed from them (No Hazy Film is left on the Tile). Cabinets and drawers are perfectly clean and the new owners can put their stuff away WITHOUT having to clean them first. All rooms are clean and in move-in condition.
Our construction cleaning experience ranges from very high-end jobs all the way to small remodel jobs. We have cleaned several entire housing developments and many offices. No matter what size job we are working on we ALWAYS do quality work. When we are finished construction cleaning a job it is very rare for any cleaning items to turn up on a "Punch-List".

Window Cleaning |

Window Cleaning is an often overlooked but VERY IMPORTANT part of keeping a house or office clean. We enjoy cleaning windows and try to encourage our clients to have their windows cleaned on a regular basis. It really does make such a difference!!
Our method of choice is to squeegee the windows with water and a window cleaning product that contains NO ammonia. This is the best way we have found to safely clean windows and be able to get them streak-free and smear-free.
