Hello, my name is Rhonda Leon. I was born in Stuart and have lived in Martin County most of my life. I think Martin County and the Treasure Coast are a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family.
I started Custom Cleaning in January 1991 almost by accident. At the time, I was working as a medical technician in a Stuart doctor's office. The regular office cleaning company went on vacation and I volunteered to clean the office in the interim.
I volunteered because I love to clean and also because I thought this would be my chance to finally get the office cleaned up and looking the way it should look. Over the years the regular cleaning company had gotten comfortable with the cleaning account and the office was not as clean as it should have been.
It soon became obvious to me that there was a real need in Martin and St. Lucie Counties for a high quality cleaning service. I decided to go into business, and Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast was on its way. Within a very short time I had cleaning accounts in Stuart, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sewall’s Point, Palm City and Port Saint Lucie.
Soon my cleaning business started expanding into other areas, such as residential cleaning and construction cleaning and it became necessary to hire and train additional cleaning help. I created a training “boot camp” for new employees to show them exactly how to do the job. I wanted to make sure that the same level of individual attention to details and consistently excellent cleaning would be present on each and every account every time a home or office was cleaned. My goal is to always have 100% customer satisfaction.
On January 3, 2016, Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast, Inc. celebrated 25 years in business. Even though my cleaning business has grown over the years, I find that most of my customers have no idea that my company is as large as it is. I am sure that is because they see the same two people every time their home or office is cleaned. We take pride in exceeding your cleaning expectations each and every time we clean.
I am also a very hands-on type of manager and I spend my days on the road checking on various residential and commercial cleaning accounts, talking with customers, developing cleaning plans and helping out where needed.
Even in this tough economy, Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast has remained consistent in growth and we have had very little turnover in clients or cleaning help. This is something that I am very proud of and it says a lot about our professionalism and the excellent cleaning services we provide.
