Daily Training Report
The SDS includes information such as the properties of each chemical; the physical, health, and environmental health hazards; protective measures; and safety precautions for handling, storing and transporting the chemical.
Damage Report
If an item is damaged in a client’s home, no matter how small or trivial, a damage report should be completed. This will immediately notify the office, and allow us to begin the process of replacing the item or compensating the customer. Damages will happen in the routine course of doing business, and we never assign blame in these situations except in the case of extreme negligence. The company takes responsibility for these items and does not charge for or otherwise hold you responsible. We do however hold you responsible to complete damage reports in a timely manner so that we can resolve these issues with the client and maintain their trust.
Accident/Incident Report
If you are involved in an accident or incident, determine if everyone is ok and assess the situation. If there are injuries that require immediate medical attention, immediately dial 911 and seek help, you can complete the following steps and seek help from the office once the scene of the accident is secure and no further risk of harm is imminent. If there is damage to a vehicle, property, equipment, and or injuries to a team member, immediately inform the office and complete an Accident/Incident Report as soon as practical. The heading is clickable and will take you to the digital version of the report.
Expense Reimbursement
From time to time you may need to make a purchase on the behalf of the company. When that happens, you must complete an expense reimbursement. If you do not complete this form we will not have a way to track the expense and make sure it is applied to your next check. This is your responsibility. In some cases, if we have petty cash on hand you can receive an immediate reimbursement.
